Gate Pose



• Kneel on your mat

• Stretch out the right leg to the right side

• Inhale: the palms together above your head

• Exhale: the hands to the right side

• Support the right palm onto the right leg (as far towards the foot as feels comfortable)

• Pull back into the left shoulder to open the heart

• Reach to the right side with the fingertips

Hold for 6 deep breaths then alternate to the left side.
